Client Services Associate

Assist the Global Sales Managers, Guest Services Department, and Accounting Department in supporting Corporate Living guests and apply a working knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Familiarity with Dropbox and Microsoft Access is preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree is ideal

  • Comfortable in a fast paced environment

Essential functions:

  • Provide appropriate customer service to clients and/or potential clients before, during, and after they have connected with Corporate Living

  • Manage on-going customer service issues during each guest’s stay, bringing all issues to resolution

  • Compile and track guest surveys in database

  • Work in conjunction with the Lease Administrators to effectively manage client files

  • Send out notes and gift cards to clients as directed

  • Cross train in the Notice to Vacate (NTV) role

  • Professionally answer the telephone and handle/transfer calls appropriately

  • Be available for occasional “on-call” after-hours guest service support
